As students move to the upper floor, they are taught to become more independent and responsible for their learning. Students can expect regular homework and learn to manage multiple teachers. By the end of 6th grade, students are developing critical thinking skills and are prepared for the rigor of junior high.

Students can participate in Student Council and are eligible for Honor Roll.
5th Grade Curriculum Religion | Sadlier We Believe “We Meet Jesus in the Sacraments” Language Arts | Journeys, Sadlier “Grammar Workshop” & Novel Units Math | Saxon Math Science | Savvas Elevate Social Studies | TCI “America’s Past” Enrichment | Music, PE, Art, Technology, Library Students have one teacher for each subject in math, science, language arts, and social studies. Fifth grade performs Our Lady of Guadalupe play and can participate in all school sports.

Sixth graders participate in Greek Day and can join our Shakespearean Theater Troupe.
